Our policy 

Payment Schedule : Tuition fees are payable in advance and due on Monday of each week. Late fee's will be added to any unpaid account on Tuesday after 6:30 p.m. Accounts with remaining balances after Wednesday morning will result in a temporary suspension of care until full balance is paid.


Subsidized Payments/CCA Copayment Schedule: CCA co-payments are due before the 15th of each month or parents can pay weekly on Mondays. Delinquent fees will be reported to CCA and can result in loss of benefits. Parents must swipe

CCA cards. Parents will be charged the daily rate for payments not received by CCA: due to not swiping your attendance card.         

Childcare services will be discontinued after one week of delinquency.


Payment Method: Parents can pay by check, money order and credit/debit card. You can make your credit/debit card via the kiosk, email or over the phone. Cash Payments are only accepted at the front desk. Please do not give teachers cash payments. Receipts will be emailed to you unless you request a paper receipt.

Returned checks: In the event Your check is returned you will be responsible for a $20.00 late charge fee, NSF fee and you will be required to  pay in  cash or by credit/ debit card.

Late pick up fees: A late fee equal to $1 per child per minute.  This will be strictly enforced and more than 2 late notices

may result in a Termination of Service notice.

Arrival: Children are to arrive clean and fed (if arriving after 8:30 am). Unless scheduled for part time care, children must arrive at the center before 9:00 am unless the child has a doctor's visit or other special circumstances.

Do not allow your child to run out to your car while you are still inside. The safety rule is "No one goes outside without their parent with them."


Illness: No child will be accepted with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, runny crusty eyes, unexplained rash or has had any of these symptoms within the last 24 hours. In cases of colds, sore throats, or allergies, will require a phone call to the Provider to decide on acceptance for the day. Should the child become ill during his/her day here, parents will be notified and we will determine the best course of action concerning appropriate care, which may include the child being taken home.

If a child is thought to have a communicable disease, parents will be notified and asked to   pick him/her up. The child will be isolated from the other children and given special attention and comfort until the parents arrive . The child will be accepted back when he/she is no longer contagious. All other parents will be notified of the possibility of a communicable disease and what symptoms to watch for.


Medication: Both nonprescription and prescription medications, ointments, and creams can be given to your child if needed. Parents are required to fill out the proper forms and to supply all medications in their original containers. These must be labeled with the child's name.


Supplies: Parents are required to bring a blanket for rest time to be kept at the center on the child's cot. Each Friday all blankets must go home for washing. Children will not be allowed to use a blanket on Monday if not laundered on the past Friday.

Parents are required to bring a change of clothing (including socks) appropriate for the weather to be kept at the center.

Appropriate hats, mittens, boots must be brought to daycare in the winter. All items need to be labeled with your child's initials.


Meals: All food will be provided. This includes breakfast for children, lunch, and afternoon snacks. Parents are responsible for feeding the child if he/she will arrive after a mealtime. Infants are always fed on demand. HCA is on the Child Care Food Program and all meals provided are nutritious and well rounded. Excluding special occasions, please  do not send  any food, drink, or candy with your child.

Lunch menus for the week are posted on our parent board.

If your child requires a modified diet, You will be required to provide a physician's written instructions.


General: Parents are required to keep the center informed of any change in addresses, telephone numbers, and other pertinent information.

A newsletter is distributed to parents each month. Parents are responsible to read this for news of what is happening in the daycare home, provider day's off, and other  relative  information  which you may need to know.

Provider maintains an open-door policy for parents during the center's hours. We ask that you volunteer at least two classroom activities per year and two  fundraisers per year.



The first 14 calendar days from child's start date are a probationary period for the provider, child, and parent. This agreement may be terminated at any time during this period.

After the probationary period, this agreement may be terminated by either party by giving two- week's written notice if the child or children are to be permanently withdrawn from daycare. Two-week's pay will be accepted in lieu of the two-week's written notice.

The Provider will also give the Family two-week's written notice of intent to cancel this agreement except severe misconduct on the part of the parent or chil d. Failure to follow the agreement rules in this contract may be cause for immediate termination with no notice.

Provider will give the Family a minimum of two-week's written notice of any increase in fees or significant  changes  to this agreement.
